From November 13 to 16, MEDICA, one of the world's most famous comprehensive medical trade fairs, was held in Dusseldorf, Germany. Ruide presented a number of its new products at the exhibition.

Ruide attended MEDICA 2023 as its debut at international medical exhibitions, showcasing its self-developed high-performance materials for medical catheters, including peelable tubing materials, peelable angiographic tubing materials, FEP/BaSO4 Compound, etc.
- Peelable Tubing Material:
FEP is used as the baseline material and a certain amount of peelable additives is added to achieve good peelability. Ruide’s Peelable Tubing Material is designed to easily peel away with excellent straightness and no fragment during peeling. The product can be used for peelable microcatheters of different specifications.
- Peelable Angiographic Tubing Material:
FEP is used as the baseline material and barium sulfate (BaSO4), as the contrast medium, as well as a certain amount of peelable additives are added to achieve good peelability and contrast effect. Ruide’s Peelable Angiographic Tubing Material exhibits excellent contrast performance due to the even distribution of its contrast medium within the matrix. The product can be used for microcatheters with contrast and peelable properties.
FEP is used as the baseline material and barium sulfate (BaSO4) is added as a functional additive. The additives including BaSO4 and pigment powders are evenly distributed in the matrix resin of the FEP/BaSO4 compound manufactured by Ruide, which has a good processibility and is especially suitable for tubes that are strict with color difference.
